R Kelly Myers
Chief Consumer Scientist
Since founding RKM Research in 1997, Kelly has imposed high standards of academic rigor which remain the cornerstone of all research products of the company. Over the course of his career as a professional researcher, Kelly has worked extensively in healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, utilities, electric deregulation, manufacturing, technology, risk management, travel and tourism, hospitality and higher education. Kelly also has experience with research addressing advertising effectiveness, public relations management and program evaluation.

Rick has been with RKM for since 2007 and has worked his way up to his current position. As the Director of Operations, Rick is responsible for managing the on-site call center including quality control, training and hiring. Rick is also responsible for RKM’s human resources, accounting and oversees the IT and data systems, VoiP phone system and security. Rick’s vast experience includes utilities and government operations. Richard has over 20 years of experience in law enforcement and 9 years in operations with a water utility.
Project Operations Specialist
Chad hass nearly 10 years of research experience, including survey research and design, public opinion polling, online research, mail surveys, in-depth interviewing and focus groups. Chad’s responsibilities include questionnaire design input, conversion of survey instrument into appropriate data collection resources, sample management, interviewer training and review, and field management. Chad is also a certified expert with the Qualtrics online survey platform. Chad attended the University of New Hampshire, where he earned a Bachelor’s in Political Science and a Master’s in Justice Studies.
Justin is the go-to lead analyst for the firm’s most challenging research projects. In his time at RKM Research he has continued to develop his research chops through extensive use of SPSS, Amos and Wincross software, as well as outside coursework in questionnaire design. His daily responsibilities include advanced statistical data analysis, open-ended response coding and analysis, presentation preparation and report writing. Justin is also adept at secondary research and takes pride in collecting useful insights from disparate and sometimes obscure sources.
Jes has 2 years of market research experience working with RKM. A graduate of Colgate University, Jes has a Bachelor Degree in English. Since joining the firm, Jes has worked on over 140 research projects and specializes in qualitative research, advanced statistical analysis and report writing. Her responsibilities include assistance with questionnaire design, advanced data analysis, specifying the outline of detailed cross-tabulation tables, outlining the content of PowerPoint presentations, interpretation of the results and report writing.
