Compensation
Profit Sharing—Eligible employees are awarded a profit sharing percentage based on their job classification and the financial performance of the company on a quarterly basis.
Simple IRA—Eligible employees may contribute up to 50% of their tax-deferred compensation to an Oppenheimer Simple IRA plan. RKM Research matches up to 3% of an employee's base salary.

Holiday & Vacation Time
PTO is available for vacation, sick leave, personal business or floating holidays. Employees accrue PTO hours based on years of service.
